The room itself was well-appointed and modern and had a spectacular view. The staff was extremely helpful when we had questions. Great location of the hotel to a very unimpressive cave.

All in all everything was fantastic, had a really really nice stay in September. The location seemed stunning and spectacular on other boats. Hon Gai district was worth exploring...

The cruise ship had a restaurant and a bar, how fancy! The buffet breakfast was quite enjoyable and the complimentary WiFi was a nice touch.
The pick-up service was so efficient that I didn't have time to relax in my room, such a shame!

I chose this hotel for a conference and was impressed with the featured amenities provided, such as the business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and the 24-hour front desk. The hotel staff was efficient and responsive, which greatly facilitated my work during the stay.
The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facility. While the hotel had excellent amenities for individual work, it would have been more convenient to have a designated space for meetings or discussions.

Mind-blowing service and breathtaking views! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Boat manager Tim and Lisa went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even arranging for a speed boat to take us to the hospital when my partner fell ill. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean toilets, comfortable beds, and delicious food. The bus from Hanoi was comfortable and reasonably priced. We highly recommend the 3D2N tour for a packed itinerary and more time to enjoy the boat during daylight. An unforgettable trip!

The boat was well-maintained and the crew was friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-planned, with lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. The food offered was delicious and there was a good variety of options available. The trip was made more enjoyable by the beautiful scenery of the bay and islands.
While the boat was generally comfortable and well-appointed, the noise from the engines could be a little overwhelming at times, especially during the evenings. The location of some of the rooms on the boat also left a little to be desired, with some guests feeling like they lacked privacy.

I recently stayed at the breathtaking Ha Long Athena Cruise for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptional and accommodated our vegetarian needs with separate meals. The location was perfect, offering stunning scenery and a variety of recreational activities like kayaking, cooking demonstrations, and Tai Chi. The boat was stylish and the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff, including the boat manager, receptionist, and bartender, were friendly and provided excellent service. The private transfer arranged for us was well-organized, and we especially enjoyed the "magical tricks" performed by the bartender during dinner.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The rooms at Halong Athena Cruise are amazing! They have air conditioning, a seating area, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The large window in the room offers a beautiful view of the ocean.
Personally, I found the bathrobes and slippers provided in the room unnecessary.

Loved the variety of food options, from local delicacies to international dishes. The shared lounge was a lively spot to relax, and the terrace offered great views. The buffet breakfast was a feast fit for a queen.
Oh, and how could I forget, the flies in my room? Such charming companions they were.
